How to Update

  1. Go to Settings → Profile
  2. Edit your full name, display name, or avatar
  3. Update your timezone for accurate scheduling
  4. Click "Save Changes"

Updating Your Payment Method

  1. 1 Go to Settings → Billing
  2. 2 Click "Update Payment Method"
  3. 3 Enter new card details securely via Stripe
  4. 4 Save changes — new card is used from next billing cycle
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. We never store card details.

Access your full billing history from Settings → Billing → Invoices.

Upgrade / Downgrade

You can change your plan at any time with immediate effect and prorated billing.

Upgrading Your Plan

  1. Go to Settings → Billing → Change Plan
  2. Select your new plan and confirm
  3. New features unlock immediately
  4. You're charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the billing period
Access to new features is instant — no waiting period.

Downgrading Your Plan

  1. Go to Settings → Billing → Change Plan
  2. Select a lower plan
  3. Downgrade takes effect at the end of current billing period
  4. You retain full access until then
Content and data above the lower plan's limits will become read-only.

Inviting Team Members

  1. 1 Navigate to Settings → Team
  2. 2 Click "Invite Member" and enter their email address
  3. 3 Select their role (Admin, Editor, or Viewer)
  4. 4 They receive an invitation email and can join your workspace

Security & Privacy

Keep your account and data safe with these security features.

Change Password

  1. Go to Settings → Security
  2. Enter your current password
  3. Enter and confirm your new password
  4. Use a strong password: 12+ chars, mixed case, numbers, symbols

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

  1. Go to Settings → Security → Enable 2FA
  2. Scan the QR code with Google Authenticator or Authy
  3. Enter the 6-digit verification code
  4. Save your recovery codes in a safe place

Data & Privacy

  • All data encrypted at rest (AES-256)
  • TLS 1.3 for data in transit
  • GDPR & CCPA compliant
  • Your content is never used for AI training
  • Export or delete your data at any time

Cancellation & Refunds

We hope you don't need this, but here's how it works if you do.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

  1. Go to Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription
  2. Select your reason (optional — helps us improve)
  3. Confirm cancellation
  4. You retain full access until the end of your billing period
Your account switches to the Free plan after cancellation — your content and data are preserved.

Refund Policy

Eligible for Refund

  • Within 7 days of initial subscription
  • Accidental duplicate charges
  • Service outages exceeding 48 hours

Not Eligible for Refund

  • After 7 days of purchase
  • Partial month usage
  • Downgraded plan difference
To request a refund, contact our support team with your account email and reason.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period and you keep full access until then.
Your account switches to the Free plan and all your generated content remains accessible. Content above the Free plan's limits becomes read-only. You can export all your data at any time from Settings → Data Export.
No, word credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. However, Pro and Business plan users have unlimited words so this only applies to Free and Starter plan users.
Yes! Business plan users can create unlimited workspaces for different brands or clients. Each workspace has its own brand profile, content library, and team members.
Yes! We offer a 50% discount for verified nonprofits and a 30% discount for students with a valid .edu email. Contact our support team with your verification details to apply the discount to your account.
