If you are using the Services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

AI SaaS Corp. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without notice.

03 Eligibility & Registration

  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Services.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Accuracy: You must provide accurate and complete registration information and keep it updated.

04 Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the platform to:

Generate illegal, harmful, or sexually explicit content.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the AI models.
Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
Automate the creation of spam or deceptive marketing materials.

AI Content Disclaimer

Important Notice Regarding AI Outputs:

Content generated by our AI tools (the"Output") is produced by automated systems. While we strive for accuracy, AI SaaS Corp. does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any Output.

  • Users are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all Output before use.
  • We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, SEO rankings, or revenue increases.
  • The AI may occasionally produce biased, incorrect, or offensive content; please report such instances to our support team.

06 IP & Billing

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the data you input into the platform. You own the Outputs generated for you, subject to these Terms. AI SaaS Corp. owns all rights, title, and interest in the platform software and underlying algorithms.

Payment Terms

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Failure to pay may result in immediate suspension of access.

07 Liability & Termination

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI SAAS CORP. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS CAPPED AT THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.
